Kunumi MC, the indigenous rapper protecting his people's land

Kunumi MC is a 16-year-old indigenous rapper who lives on the outskirts of Sao Paulo.

He became famous during the 2014 World Cup, when he raised a banner before the opening match asking for ‘demarcation’ (the setting of legal boundaries on indigenous land).

It was an act that went viral and he’s become a rapper to show life through the eyes of the indigenous in Brazil.
