That would be Mount Fitz Roy, which Argentina shares with Chile.
This photo was taken from the Argentine side, near El Chaltén, Santa Cruz Province. Cristina Kirchner, coincidentally, lives a few miles to the south in El Calafate.
So much to see in Patagonia. Thank you for that.

The Aconcagua, in the province of Mendoza (the wine region of Argentina), is the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere.
Bariloche is one of my favorite places in Patagonia.
