Venezuela detains 6 police over shootout with colectivo (Spanish)

Odreman, a colectivo leader, was killed during the shootout. Looked like he was executed although he had 3 warrants out for his arrest for murder. Nevertheless, the Ven gov is throwing the police under the bus. The Ven gov originally denied that the group were a colectivo and called them a criminal gang (which they are) but the colectivo maintains they are a colectivo. Looks like the paramilitary colectivos are running the show.
