A second shoot out occurred Monday night when a mother heard the shooting and went to check on her sons. Peaked out the window and was hit by a bullet. Her husband took her to the fire station where they took her to the Hospital SImon Bolivar en Ocumare del Tuy but they informed her there were no doctors!!!! WTF!!! They finally got an ambulance to take her to a second hospital but it took an hour and a half to arrive. The mother died en route.
