William Mu~noz is a chavista paramilitary.
Shots being reported at UCV.
Student beaten by chavistas.

Yeah, I would be very worried if I were one of those students. Those paramilitary gangs have no problem using violence.

I expect the students to turn this attacker over to the proper authorities, if it hasn't already been done.
