Colombian state 'kidnaps' children for overseas adoption: Reports .

Colombia's Family Welfare Institute "kidnaps" Colombian children by giving them up for adoption to foreign families against the will of their biological parents, several reports said.

In a program aired Sunday, television station Caracol told the story of a young boy named Steven who was born in Colombia but adopted by a Dutch family.

Steven's biological parents said he was taken from them against their will by the ICBF. The agency said Steven's original parents were unfit to care for him and that the state put the child up for adoption for his own safety. Colombia is one of the few countries where children can be placed with foreign families without the consent of their biological parents.

This is not the first time the ICBF has been accused of unjustifiably taking children from parents and sending them abroad. Colombian channel RCN TV and Colombian newspaper El Tiempo have run similar stories in the past.

1. What is it with fascists and stealing children?

I recently came across a news story about child stealing during the Franco junta in Spain, which echoes the fascist regime's child stealing in Argentina (where they literally ripped babies from the wombs of "leftists," murdered the mothers and gave the children to fascist parents--I saw a great film about this, from Argentina, in which the wife of a fascist functionary finds out that her adopted child was obtained and given to her after the murder of the baby's mother by her husband's government; this kind of child stealing haunts Argentina).

These and other horrors were committed by U.S.-supported regimes, of course. Such an outrage!

But WHY this one? Do fascists become impotent--and thus steal babies because they can't generate babies themselves? Is it the perverse influence of the fascist Catholic hierarchy that preaches that "life is sacred" except for leftist adults? Did the fascist torturers and murderers get "spooked" by killing pregnant women, and tried to assuage their guilt for these atrocities by raising leftists' babies? Did they intend to turn leftists' babies into "little fascists" by educating them in greed, domination and class warfare?

It's a weird perversion--one of many perverse aspects of fascism. Now we have another form of it, in Colombia (another U.S.-supported fascist state)--giving children away to foreign parents. Why? Money? How much do the foreign parents pay for a Colombian child, and to whom? Is that it--that most Colombians are dirt poor and can't adopt children because they have no money--so the state seeks out foreign rich people who can pay?

This report also doesn't reveal the justifications for removing a child from its parents. Are the reasons being fabricated? Is money the object? What is going here? The state spokesperson says that it's "old cases" and these are being investigated. Yeah, now that the news spotlight is on them! This could be yet another corruption from the infamous Uribe government (the state as a criminal organization--the "mafia"--supported by $7 BILLION from U.S. taxpayers)--and the Santos government is trying to clean it up. The stench from the Bush Junta and Uribe is overwhelming. I could believe that--"old cases." But my question remains: Why do fascists do this?

I have thought about this as well... I don't have an answer. My guess is that they are just truly evil in a primitive way, yet convince themselves they are doing the right thing.

In a primitive society, one kills the children of their enemies. If you have no morals, that is logical in it's own way. These guys, no doubt in part because they convince themselves they are good christians (note how often nuns are in the middle of this) think they are being moral by NOT killing these children and instead raising them.

There also has to be some sadistic angle to it.
