Electoral body denies audit under the terms requested by dissenters

The National Electoral Council (CNE) decided at a meeting of its board of directors to conduct on May 6-June 4 an audit on the presidential election of April 14. The audit will encompass a a random sample of ballot boxes from the 46% of voting stations that were not audited on the Election Day, said CNE president Tibisay Lucena, adding that the sample will be drawn during a meeting with experts representing the relevant political parties.

"After a long analysis at the National Electoral Council, we found that it is impossible to approve the application (filed by opposition presidential candidate Henrique Capriles) on the terms proposed, as they are not provided for under the law. Nevertheless, the Electoral Branch, in search of a route to the reconciliation, proposed stakeholders to expand the last audit left to complete the schedule of a vote that is over," said Lucena.

The law fucking demands it. Hell the Supreme Court even said the vote rolls were necessary to assure the validity of the vote.

And yet here we have the sociopath Lucena not providing them.

What are the "terms requested by dissenters" now? They are changing the "terms requested" at every 5 minutes... even if they get every voter to go to TV and declare who they chose, Capriles would probably say that the voters are lying and would then demand interviews with all the voters tied in lie detectors...

Seriously... it got old.

Open the cuadernos de votacion and show the list of error reports from the mesas de votacion and check for elector mismatches (people who voted twice, dead people who voted and people who voted under a hijacked identity).

"En algunos centros nuestros testigos tuvieron que escaparse como si fueran delincuentes" "Acoso a votantes y testigos, muertos que votaron, usurpación del voto ... en Catia vimos de todo"
All this is unverifiable by the audit as it is planned by the CNE

The formal request was written up and submitted and has not changed one iota.

without access to medical treatment, education, food, now out of power for 14 years suddenly calls itself "dissinters."

This is hilarious.

I couldn't believe my eyes the first time I saw them using that term recently. They had to reach DEEP to pull that one out of their arses.

My god almighty. Wonders never cease. Unbelievable. What undiluted stupidity and predictable dishonesty.

"Dissenters" don't murder people.
