Never give up hope Henrique Capriles! Just kill and maim and starve until you get what you rightfully lost in the first place! The alleged order by Luisa Ortega has to be reviewed by the TSJ before a formal warrant can be issued. It would make sense to sit on it until the votes were counted, disproving all of Capriles' claims, and rendering him neutered (this btw is what I wanted to happen).

If it didn't happen Luisa Ortega should've denied it because the claim caused a lot of tension.
