She is knowledgeable, organized, active, into different issues, a workhorse, able to form coalitions, more interested and curious, learning about new subjects, worked for a busy State (Hello, NY!), does her homework and the actual work, aware, able to deal with many things at the same time, ready from day one, gets the details and the big picture, understands what she is dealing with, will try and try again... and much more...
