"Over the last 3 days we have seen no less than SIX new polls out of New York.  ALL OF THEM point to a similar result.  They are all showing double-digit leads for Hillary over Bernie, and they are ALL showing the same kind of coalition Hillary has had throughout this nomination contest, where Hillary’s strengths are:"

MORE:
Whats interesting is they all show nearly the same margin of victory for Hillary.

A Hillary delegate gain in the high 30s or low 40s is quite possible at those margins. LonePirate Apr 2016 #4

over top of Bernie?

Then she's got the Mid Atlantic states, which should fall her way as well.

About 48 with the at-large and PLEO delegates.

The remaining 163 would be based on results at the district levels. There are 27 districts where the math would be applied separately and based on the individual results of each district.

New York has a CLOSED primary and all potential voters had to register with a party affiliation way back in October. So, there's no shenanigans regarding independents or last minute cross overs. That tends to make the polls more accurate and consistent.

say that Hillary picks up another 30 delegates!

And then Bernie will claim he won, and the Followers of Bernie have a big party to celebrate all over the internet.

She likely will get about 141 delegates to Sanders' 106 delegates.

That would put the tally at 1450 - 1201.

Sanders would then need to get over 58.93% of the remaining delegates. That is 825 of the remaining 1400 delegates.
