... then click the "About this Group" button. You'll see a list of group hosts that you can send an email to.

They won't be able to delete the post, but they can block them from the room.

3. It was reviewed by jury few hours go and prevailed 3-4. MIRT seems to be proper ones to deal with it

JURY RESULTS

A randomly-selected Jury of DU members completed their review of this alert at Tue Apr 12, 2016, 12:46 PM, and voted 5-2 to HIDE IT.

Juror #1 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: This is more of a job for MIRT, methinks. Get rid of poster and post. If in GD-P, would just be funny, and less harsh than things said about Bernie.
Juror #2 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #3 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I smell a troll.
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Doesn't belong in this group and doesn't belong on DU
Juror #6 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Seriesly? Did this one have to go to a jury?
Juror #7 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Hashtag and link made me laugh. BUT... yeah, the Hillary Group isn't the place for this. Not sure what the alerter was trying to say about the poster's name, though.

Thank you.

7. so heres what happens with these trolls

they are blocked here first because they stop here first......so the number of blocked posters goes up for this group

( sometimes they build up some cred with innocuous posts in other forums/groups. often they build up the thread count in the BS group so you look at the profile and it says favorite group is BS. This helps them with jury bias)

after they get blocked here they go whine about it& people fall over themselves commiserating with some troll about those HRC group meanies (oh boo-hoo lookit how many people they block)

then they get sniffed out as trolls by admin and banned outright from DU. Some of these folks skirt by MIRT. I have no idea how this happens.

But the group hosts are heavies here because the blocked list is so large. They get kicked for doing the job before (or instead of )MIRT and before admin.

this will be like the 4th one in month that I am aware of

ETA: some of these folks are repeat socks so in effect they may have been blocked here before, again adding to the blocked count.

The BSers make a big thing about how many we have blocked. Ignoring the fact that trolls infiltrate into their group rather nicley.

10. But it also goes to our character. We don't go with blazing guns into their protected group.

So there are fewer opportunities for them to ban us from their forum. However, I will say at 330 banned from the BS forum to 820 banned from the HRC forum, our hosts have certainly been very busy. And yes there are more of them than us. A good share no doubt outside rabble rousers.

11. They consider it a badge of honor to be blocked

and you are absolutely correct, it would be more honorable to respect the boundaries of a closed group

trolls use it to get "DU cred" with the BSers

respect to Bernie bros is a foreign concept
