No, seriously. One mockingbird here could be interpreted as "Clin-ton! Clin-ton!" Do I think this is a sign?

No, I simply think that said mockingbird needs to shut up and let me get some sleep, that's what I think.

Most of the finches make sounds like "Peep," which also doesn't mean I need a sugary marshmallow puff candy. Although now that you mention it, I now need a sugary, marshmallow puff candy.

It's like a verbal version of pareidolia where the bird calls start sounding a bit like words.

Particularly if one particular word is on your mind at that moment, and it's short.

what a pretty song!

Some seem to have gone from not paying attention to politics at all B.S. (Before Sanders) to seeing political omens everywhere.

I'm not sure which is more dangerous.

Personally, I prefer things to be more steady as she goes. Life already throws too many difficult punches our way.

along a highway near Boston.

At first they thought it was avian flu. But, they were able to rule that out.

They then determined, that they were all victims of vehicle collisions.

Even more oddly, by tracing paint chips and tire impressions etc, it came out that all of them were from motorcycles, and that they were killed while eating roadkill.

But only motorcycles. No regular cars.

As it turned out, while they couldn't warn each other if a bike was coming, they could warn each other "cah cah cah" so they could get out of the way.

Not even my first boyfriend when I was a teenager. These Bernie folks have regressed to high school level emotional intelligence!

Do they realize what they look and sound like to normal people? I was looking at photos of Bernie's rallies the other day and I notice that his followers actually looked transfixed. Not joyful like the Obama crowds from 2008, but more ecstatic. Very creepy.
