New Virginia Poll: HRC beats Trump by 9-points--1/3 GOP voters won't support him

The survey also found that, in a head-to-head contest, Clinton was supported by 44 percent and Trump by 35 percent, with 7 percent undecided. However, a large group – 14 percent – said they wouldn't vote for the former secretary of state or the New York businessman.

Should embattled front-runner Donald Trump win the Republican Party presidential nomination, close to one in three GOP voters in Virginia say they won't support him in November, according to a poll released Thursday.

Sixty-seven percent of Republicans who voted in last month's primary said they "definitely" or "probably" will vote for Trump in the fall if he's the nominee. But 29 percent said they'll vote for someone else or not all. Five percent said they didn't know or wouldn't say what they'll do.
