Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumBernie, the constant victim, now blames the media for his "unqualified" rant.
The most hilarious part: he claims a headline made him do it... Indicating that neither he nor his campaign staffers read more that the big bold print.

(7,480 posts)I mean, it really makes it look like he can't be bothered to cover the details on things. He should simply apologize and say it was the heat of the moment and leave it at that. Bad backpedaling is bad.

Insulting and denigrating Hillary is red meat for Bernie supporters. Don't we know.

Not because it's what he actually believes?
Follow up question, Sen Sanders: what in tar hill do you actually believe and can we trust that it's really true, not a temper tantrum?

Hillary said Bernie hadn't done his homework, not that he's unqualified. After Bernie quoted a WaPo headline as a HRC quote, she has a point

Suffice to say that this tack does not surprise me...and isn't going to win back anybody who was disappointed by his earlier statements. Quite the opposite.

(4,558 posts)The best thing that could happen to him is losing to Hillary.
If he think's Hillary's been rough, just wait until the Republicans start going after him. They won't stop with just him. They'll go after his wife starting with the fraud charges, they'll go after his ex-wife, they'll character assassinate him mercilessly. Everything that's been a strength for him in the primary season, he'll find to be a liability in the General election. Especially in the swing states of Ohio, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania.. Those states are NOT Vermont, and the one's that have already voted in the primary show a very real indication on how poorly he'll fare in the General. Especially Ohio. No president has been elected since JFK without the Ohio electoral votes.

(10,829 posts)So if Saint Bernard were president and misread a morning headline or say, a security report, would he blow up the world???
Just asking.
This is infantile and lame on the part of St Bernard and his crew. You wish to play attack dog you need actual teeth, rather than this victimhood schtick--Oh woe is me, they're picking on me because I'm from little Vermont.
Pule-e-ese!
Meanwhile that NY Daily interview is 100% on St Bernard because he was totally unprepared. The words came from his mouth, all vague and jumbled. Can't pass the buck on that one and the insult-that-never-was is not a good deflection. It simply makes the Senator from Vermont look like a cranky whiner.

Self-righteous, holier-than-thou, perpetually victimized by the media and the party, anemic to females that don't share their views, ignores facts and plays by a different set of rules...
I could go on, but I'm sure Bernie is off somewhere creating a meme to debate me on twitter.
