Field Poll of California: HRC handily beats either Cruz or Trump

(Field is the most respected pollster in California--he has Republican primary votes out today, I'm assuming he will also have Democratic primary results out either later today or tomorrow, but he does have some general election numbers):

If the GOP were to choose Trump or Cruz as their party's presidential standard-bearer and the
Democrats were to nominate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Clinton would start the
general election campaign with very large leads in California. When paired against Trump, 59% of
the state's overall voting electorate would support Clinton, while just 31% would back Trump.
Against Cruz, Clinton's lead is 55% to 32%.

While preferences are highly partisan, voters not affiliated with either major party prefer Clinton
over both Trump and Cruz by wide margins.

This is why TPTB are investing heavily in Bernie. They can't afford tolet Hillary win the primaries. BlueCaliDem Apr 2016 #1

Bernie is easier to beat by any two of their incredibly flawed Repub candidates, especially after the angry, ugly, and lying campaign he's been slowly ratcheting up for months (since December, actually) now.

Hillary is our only chance to not only win the White House for another eight years, but to also get a Democratic Senate, Governors mansions, and legislatures - not to mention, a progressive SCOTUS! She's the strongest candidate we have, and she knows how to get things done because Republicans in the Senate and House know how she plays the political game, and they're terrified of her.

Even the punditocracy on teevee fear her. They've mentioned more than once how the Clintons are known for hitting back 18x harder when attacked. Hillary knows where the bodies are buried and which of their closets have skeletons, and she won't hesitate to use these weapons should Republicans try the same crap with her as they've been doing with President Obama. She's a natural born warrior through and through.
