Okay. You would then leave it to JPMorgan Chase or the others to figure out how to break it, themselves up. I'm not quite...

Sanders:
You would determine is that, if a bank is too big to fail, it is too big to exist. And then you have the secretary of treasury and some people who know a lot about this, making that determination. If the determination is that Goldman Sachs or JPMorgan Chase is too big to fail, yes, they will be broken up.

And voters buy this bull shit???
The stupid is unbelievable

exactly how the GOP candidates would address the issues.

It would always be "some people" who would make the hard decisions. As for actually getting decisions through Congress, fuggetaboutit!

There is ONLY ONE CANDIDATE who could step into the WH and get things going from Day 1. And that is exactly why we need Hillary.

She is a pro. The others are not only amateurs, they are dilettantes.

It seems as if some alert-stalk the HRC Group 24/7.

If it offends sensibilities so much, why don't they simply Trash the HRC Group so that they don't see it. I saw so much B***S*** and many worse nasty comments about Hillary that were allowed to stand both in GD-P and in the SBS Group that I have trashed both. (I was blocked from the SBS Group for a perfectly reasonable request some months ago, but didn't trash it until recently.)

Unfortunately, some still post B***S*** in other groups that I can see and their posts show up on the Home page and in Latest Threads. Others feel entitled to come to the HRC Group and "Bernie-splain" to us.

So far as the "splaining" is courteous, I can deal with it. But the alert-stalking here has GOT to stop.

Those who silence us don't see the irony in their censorship of our free speech.

I'm surprised groups don't have input on what posts can be alerted from their zone before such action is taken.

Still new here, but I can see the jury system is currently broken.

Even my socialist leaning brother says there's no meat in Bernie's plans; all bread, no meat, he claims.

New York won't be pretty for Bernie.

I cut him slack that maybe he got a lecture on message discipline, and that was what kept him referring to his stump speech at every turn.

But when you sit down with the media for an in-depth interview that is meant to give you a forum to put some meat on the bones of your policies, well, you better deliver.

This was a MAJOR fail by a person who can post-interview only be considered to be a minor candidate, a guy who ran as a protest candidate and who was out of his league before he realized it. His "vision" has been exposed as the empty sloganeering that it is and always has been.

He's not ready for prime time. Get him off the stage.

Campaign Is"

NYDN released its transcript of the editorial meeting late last night, and boy is it a doozy. The worst parts are below, but those with the time to spare should really read the whole thing. Suffice it say, it was more or less an hour-long exercise in the editors asking serious and well thought-out questions about policy, and Sanders revealing that he was in way, way over his head.
