(92,394 posts)haven't seen it yet. The impression I got from reading through some threads was that Hillary brought up that Sanders was not a big fan of the President, after Sanders was saying otherwise.
Your links seem to confirm that Sanders' was not a fan of President Obama

(13 posts)Over on the NYT comment threads, people are saying that Hillary bringing up Bernie's lack of support for the president was a "low blow" and "dog whistle" for AA voters.
I will have to admit I am a little concerned. I am black, and I support Hillary. Blacks are not a monolith, but I'm getting more and more side-eye from people when I say I support Hillary. I was dismayed that Ta-Nehisi Coates, whom I respect, said he was voting for Bernie. And Michelle Alexander's anti-HRC piece in the Nation. I am just really scared. My stepdad committed suicide halfway through Dubya's second term because he'd been turfed from his job and at 46 could not find another. Any of the goons from the GOP side would be magnitudes worse, and I am getting a little frightened by how many black people I know are treating me like I'm supporting a Klan member and that Bernie is the reincarnation of John Brown.
The comments over at the NYT were the last straw because I really fear he will try to paint Hillary as a racist when she brings up his non-support of President Obama, or as pandering to the "black vote," when neither is the case.

(92,394 posts)"Bernie Sanders questioned President Barack Obamas leadership in a new interview, suggesting that he would be able to close a divide between Americans and government that the Obama administration has left open throughout his presidency.
Its the latest salvo from Sanders, who has intentionally or unintentionally been engaging in an escalating war of words with the man who eight years ago was building his own political revolution."

Hillary is right. Bernie trashed Obama's policies routinely to me and other reporters, especially in 2011-2013 period.
