PPP, new post-Iowa national poll, Hillary 53, Bernie 32. Hillary 82% among African Americans,

versus 8% for Bernie.

http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/political-animal-a/2016_02/hillary_clintons_firewall059516.php

Occasionally people have suggested that if Sanders performed well in the Iowa caucuses, he could see his support from people of color increase in the same way it did for Barack Obama in 2008.

Public Policy Polling just released the first national poll that was conducted after the Iowa caucuses. In it, Clinton maintained a 21 point lead (53/32) against Sanders. Her support among African Americans remained overwhelming (82/8) and she leads Sanders among Latinos (48/36). So the firewall seems to be holding

conveniently ignoring the other polls, and the fact that most likely the Quinnipiac poll is an outlier until proven otherwise.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/us/2016_democratic_presidential_nomination-3824.html

In fact, the Quinnipiac poll contradicts the state polls, so that should raise a red flag.

Bill Maher was pushing the "Hillary is finished" theme on his show tonight, only focusing on the Iowa caucus, and ignoring what happens after NH and Super Tuesday. After that, I didn't stay to watch the rest of Maher's bullshit analysis.

The week before I had to walk away from Maher's garbage last week too when he was pandering some HIV/AIDS. quackery for Samir Chachoua, who said he found the cure for AIDS, and Maher was fawning all over him:

http://scienceblogs.com/insolence/2016/02/03/same-as-it-ever-was-antivaccine-crank-bill-maher-loves-him-some-hivaids-quackery/

I never was that big of a fan of Maher anyway, and these last two shows he has had, have put him on my "don't waste your time watching his BS" list.

He also voted for Nader in 2000, and helped unleashed Duhbya on our country and the M.E.

He made it right with me when he stood staunchly behind Obama and even donated a million bucks to his re-election, but despite the fact that he's a political comedian, he doesn't know much about how our Gov't actually works. He's chastened President Obama for not getting more things through, completely ignoring the fact that President Obama had to contend with the most obstructionist Republican Congress in history, facing unprecedented opposition from them as the Teabaggers slowly took over.

So I'm not surprised he's fawning all over Bernie.

He's first and foremost a political satirist/comedian!

Now - just from that perspective - who would you want in the White House? Besides Trump?

You know - the 'virtual tie'?

And he did actually tie Hillary in delegates from non-white voters in Iowa!

It was 0-0! There weren't enough minority participants in Iowa to tally a single delegate!

I guess he'll have to make a stand in - New Hampshire?
