I havent had this much fun since I had my sinuses packed with 40 miles of gauze after polyp surgery.
Its not just men my sisters, you disappoint me but its particularly entertaining when the reprimands come from young white men who were still braying for their blankies when I started getting paid to give my opinion. They popped out special, I guess.
I became a columnist in the fall of 2002. Immediately, I found myself on the receiving end of right-wing vitriol so vile it made The Sopranos cuddly by comparison. My first death threats came within weeks, after I wrote that the Confederate flag should be retired. After I supported stronger gun control measures, an NRA zealot posted on a gun blog what he thought was my home address and identified me as unarmed. I was a single mother at the time. I bought new locks and kept writing.

Yes, thank you for assuming off the bat that I'm a low-information voter. That won't earn you a gold star.
I did evaluate his record, his statements, and his campaign's antics. And I've found him wanting.
They then shift to "corporate, shill, paid off, right-wing." OK, if the first set didn't get you a gold star, this gets you two black holes and a certain finger. Not only are you not convincing me, I just dug in my heels (and you're reflecting terribly on your candidate).

Here's a better idea, Bob Woodard: You stop talking. #Hillary should "get off this screaming stuff." http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/bob-woodward-hillary-clinton_us_56b21b55e4b08069c7a59b98

(30,058 posts)Moderate or whatever one wants to associate does not mean one is not a Democrat. Why is there a need to segregate any into a different class. There isn't any reason why on different issues we can't select a progressive or moderate position.
