Updated: Clinton veers away from commenting on Sanders’ loyalty to Democratic Party

"I've been a Democrat for a very long time,' she says after filing for primary

CONCORD, N.H. —Hillary Clinton, after filing her candidacy for the New Hampshire primary Monday afternoon, declined to say whether she considers her chief foe for her party’s presidential nomination a loyal Democrat.

Clinton instead focused on her own loyalty to the party.

Clinton deflected a question posed by WMUR.com on U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders’ history of serving as an independent and rejecting the nominations of the Democratic Party in his successful candidacies for the senate.

“He has to speak for himself,” Clinton said. “You’re not going to get me to talk about his taking any position that is a political position. I will put forth my positions.”

No sense alienating they any more than they are. At least the Dems among his supporters will. The rest, like a lot here, will move on to the next guy/gal who can't win.

disparaging Democrats as much as the Republicans. If Hillary won't call him disloyal, I certainly will. The Democratic party is my home, and I don't appreciate people trashing it, especially if you want to seek office in my party's name.

They probably hundreds of video with him dissing the party through the years that would hurt him in polling.
There are such thing as he's voicing it on senate floor and interviews on what's wrong with the Dem party
If she doesn't loop his statements the republican will.
In my opinion he not ready for prime time let along White House !
