Something not talked about since Benghazi interrogation

Did anyone else pick up on the incident that occurred later in the hearing regarding Gowdy taking a call from Boehner?

Nothing would have been said but Adam Smith brought it up which forced Gowdy to comment and he assured Hillary that she was not discussed, and that call had nothing to do with the hearing. I immediately thought "yeah, right". I have a feeling that phone call was Boehner telling Gowdy to close it down and now I'm wondering if that is even allowed?

About two hours before the hearing actually ended, just as it was going into the prime time news hour, Fox switched to it's regular programming. Those last two hours had some of the worst displays of GOP partisanship, including that ridiculous line of question by that Republican congresswoman who wanted to know if Hillary was "alone all night" after she got home.

I got the impression Boehner told them to quit "badgering" Clinton. It was right after someone on the panel was yelling at her but didn't give her a chance to answer.

Weird.
