The next time some berniebro claims Hillary isn't liberal...use this

Hillary Clinton Was Liberal. Hillary Clinton Is Liberal.

4:54 PMMAY 19, 2015 By HARRY ENTEN

A bunch of reporters have recently discovered a shocking truth: Hillary Clinton is liberal!

Clinton was one of the most liberal members during her time in the Senate. According to an analysis of roll call votes by Voteview, Clinton’s record was more liberal than 70 percent of Democrats in her final term in the Senate. She was more liberal than 85 percent of all members. Her 2008 rival in the Democratic presidential primary, Barack Obama, was nearby with a record more liberal than 82 percent of all members — he was not more liberal than Clinton.

Clinton also has a history of very liberal public statements. Clinton rates as a “hard core liberal” per the OnTheIssues.org scale. She is as liberal as Elizabeth Warren and barely more moderate than Bernie Sanders. And while Obama is also a “hard core liberal,” Clinton again was rated as more liberal than Obama.

So sick of the constant lies about Hillary from supporters of Bernie Sanders, a man who is proud he never was a liberal democrat!

Good way to try and change the subject which is Hillary is just as liberal as Elizabeth Warren and slightly less than Bernie, but thanks for playing.

words have a meaning... just because Americans think Hillary is a "liberal" doesn't mean she is...

And we live in a global community now...

When one candidate talks about liberal European policies and then another candidate's supporters claim their candidate is "liberal" you have to understand what words mean to have a meaningful conversation...

Hillary's "liberal" positions aren't liberal relative to what Bernie is espousing in many respects.

Americans just are too insular to be able to have meaningful discussions about anything other than America, which isn't the world America has to deal with in 2015. And of course as voters wise up and realise there's more options than centre-right and hard-right real definitions become crucial.

So no, Hillary isn't "liberal".

So what? You are changing the subject again. Europe has nothing to do with the democratic party primary in america.

You keep tryin to change the facts: Clinton rates as a “hard core liberal” per the OnTheIssues.org scale. She is as liberal as Elizabeth Warren and barely more moderate than Bernie Sanders.

We are still fighting the Civil War here, in case you don't live here. Our Republican party is like the Tories and the BNP got married. If *they* get into power, we can keep ourselves warm at night on the conversations about how the person who could have stopped them wasn't "technically" a liberal or leftist in the global sense.

I don't buy it. Voting records simply reflect what issues are actually brought up for a vote. They are no indication of what issues a president will fight hard to get brought up for a vote.

Obama was a liberal in the Senate, but he is a centrist president. I expect much of the same if Hillary is president. A president Sanders would be much farther to the left--at least in what he wanted to accomplish.
