Hillary Clinton

It must be because they feel their sense of power and entitlement slipping away as Sanders is finally being vetted by the media and is being held accountable for his crappy campaign, his delusions of granduer and his penchant for promising the ridiculous to the kids.
What's a political neophyte to do? Well, I guess you start making threats and demands and threatening demands to Hillary's supporters, because everyone knows that the losers always get to dictate terms (just like Germany and Japan did when WWII ended).
"You better be nice to us, or we won't vote for Hillary...we'll vote for Trump...we'll write in Bernie...we'll riot at the convention."
See, their sense of entitlement and their embarrassing tendency towards self aggrandizement makes them believe that they are going to be the people who decide this election in November. But they aren't...they simply aren't, because their aren't enough of them, they weren't D voters to begin with, and the worst they'll do is to stay home because by November they'll be bored with politics and will be looking to see what's revolutionary about the new fall TV season.
Oh, and football and the holidays...and back to school. Plenty of distractions to help one pivot away from the loser and his campaign. But in the meanwhile, we all better tremble before their collective power!

(209 posts)About that stoned 24 year old in Connecticut not voting for Hillary. Aren't you? Assuming they wake up and leave mom's basement before the polls even close that is.
I'm kidding here, somewhat.
Seriously, these types of posts just give them fuel and credibility. You've been here long enough to have surely seen that this is what happens in primaries. Nothing really has changed. Let's be realistic, anyone with enough political gumption to be posting on this site in support of Bernie Sanders will, most likely, vote Hillary come November because they'll realize what's at stake. It's what has happened every primary in the past. It's what will happen again.
When it comes to winning the GE, if your candidate has a snowballs chance in hell all it boils down to is a couple of swing states and how to win them. You already know this though, I'm preaching to the choir.
Ignore the Sanders groupies. Life continues.
