Clinton tops Bernie 54 40 percent
among likely voters in New Jerseys Democratic primary. Only 6 percent of Democrats are
undecided and 15 percent say they might change their mind before the June 7 primary.
"Senator Bernie Sanders hangs in there, but New Jersey looks solid for Secretary Hillary Clinton," said Maurice Carroll, assistant director of the Quinnipiac poll in Hamden, Conn. "Some people are 'feeling the Bern.' But in New Jersey, the Bern is lukewarm at best."
In the General Election Clinton leads Trump 45-38
The gender and racial gaps are wide in the Clinton-Trump matchup as men back the
Republican 46 36 percent, while women go Democratic 53 32 percent. White voters back
Trump 48 36 percent, while black voters back Clinton 84 3 percent.
Clinton leads among all age groups except voters over 65 years old, who back Trump
49 40 percent.
Democrats go with Clinton 84 7 percent, while Republicans back Trump 78 4
percent. Independent voters are divided, with 41 percent for Clinton and 39 percent for Trump.

(15,951 posts)I also believe a lot of those who currently say they are undecided will also go to HRC and boost her even more in the GE once Bernie gets out.

(30,058 posts)number is for pledged delegates or required delegates, she needs 250 to reach 1/2 of the pledged delegates and 90 more delegates to the required delegate count. No voter fraud, no excuses.
