Bernie will use it to try to make her look bad, but it doesn't matter. He's had his debates. She'll ignore him and she will be the nominee. Zero reason for her to accept.

Sanders has accepted, because it can only benefit him by giving him another venue to wag his finger. All he's ever brought to the debates was the same old tired stump speech. Hillary doesn't need a debate; I like her to do town halls.
