(14,918 posts)On Wed May 18, 2016, 04:25 AM an alert was sent on the following post:
Trashing the party and yet telling his supporters that the SDs will lift him to victory! SICK SHIT!
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1107&pid=135395
REASON FOR ALERT
This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.
ALERTER'S COMMENTS
Calling Bernie a "sick shit" is over the top, enough with this kind of nasty rhetoric from both sides.
You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Wed May 18, 2016, 04:42 AM, and the Jury voted 2-5 to LEAVE IT.
Juror #1 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: It could be the behavior that is being called sick shit, and let's face it, the language is hardly unusual around here. Looking forward to the new rules!
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #3 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Ridiculous alert, blatantly misrepresents the meaning of "sick shit." The alerter should be sanctioned for stalking this poster and for participating in the ongoing cyber-lynching of POC here at DU.
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Directed at the behavior, not the person.
Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future.

(3,739 posts)about Barbara Boxer (who happens to be my senator here in California). The BSer said "I will not vote for her again!" I had such a good laugh over that one. Everyone here in California is aware that none of us are going to be able to vote for Barbara again because she is retiring. There are 35 people running for her open Senate seat. I didn't even bother to reply because anyone who is that clueless probably doesn't know when election day is anyway.

(10,014 posts)They think they are entitled to determined the Democratic candidate when they are not even Democrats. Now the screw ups are all in a rage that they couldn't take over the NV convention which, of course, is their right to do because...they support Sanders.

(12,448 posts)and/or deadlines. And reading and comprehending rules. It's just TOO MUCH TROUBLE.
It's the same story as voter registration that they whine about. Read your states election laws and comply. Unless you just want to stamp your little feet and throw things.
I can't stand these people. I know I should try to understand them, but I'm tired of them. It's getting so people's safety is being threatened, and that's unacceptable, even for two-year-old style tantrums.

(60,334 posts)They either were not well informed or did not see the need to be registered as Democrats.
If the election rules in your state require you to declare a party, then you either declare or don't participate in the primary process.
While I feel that everyone should have a vote, I also respect the fact that there are rules and they need to be followed. Don't like the rules, work to change them for the next election.
Koinos
(2,792 posts)I have this thing called a Drivers License. I know when it expires so I can make sure it is renewed. You'd think that something as important as voting would be followed through on. But, that requires an effort on the part of the Sandman supporters. I get a chuckle out of these very long OPs describing how they were "cheated" or how Hillary herself broke into the local state offices and changed the voter registrations.
My spidey senses start to tingle every time I read how someone is now a registered Republican.

(111 posts)Sanders campaign showed a bad ground game and at the same time trapped the 64 ppl into committing perjury. It's the job of the campaign to tell the delegates next steps in process.
But what happen today was sanders started a war with Harry Reid.
