It's just not fair!!!!!

Quite the pity party

How the media boosted Donald Trump and screwed Bernie Sanders

While the ideological side of the news media breaks into a sweat at the thought of a Trump nomination, their managing role is equally transparent in the Hillary Clinton-Bernie Sanders race. Hillary Clinton is Ms. Insider. Bernie Sanders is an authentic outsider; he has for years told anyone who would listen that our system is broken. He has both faithfully represented and empowered the people of Vermont by telling them the truth

Not surprisingly, the Democratic Party establishment embraced Hillary Clinton from the start; she plays the same big-money, managed democracy game they play. Nor is it surprising that the national news media have also embraced her candidacy while dismissing the “unrealistic” campaign of the “unelectable” Bernie Sanders – though he does keep surprising them.

Nowhere is this more transparent than in the New York Times – the agenda-setting paper of record that is required reading for television newscasters and talk show hosts. The Times editorially endorsed Clinton for the nomination back in January, before the Iowa Caucuses, hyping her as the “most broadly and deeply qualified presidential candidate in modern history.” Again and again, Times columnists – especially “liberals” like Paul Krugman, Nicholas Kristof, and Charles Blow – have belittled Sanders and his progressive policy recommendations, preferring instead the alleged “realism” that “liberals” like Hillary Clinton offer.

And for a while it was like Jane and Jeff Weaver had taken up residence on the cable news networks. BS has received more coverage than HRC and most of her coverage has been negative. That's the msm trying to create drama so people will tune in and click.

The m$m, BS, trump, gop.. all against Hillary.. she's fighting them all on several fronts and Winning.

No one can whine she didn't beat them all with their disingenuous lies against her.

Thank you for the chart, FD.

Well, it was wall to wall burnie but if they're like my sister's impressions, without me saying anything.. they found him to be "arrogant and egotistical".. and "not believing he could get passed what he promised.." I said "yeah!"..

That's okay I love this article.. If by "belittling BS" they mean exposing his schemes and telling it like it is then YEAH.. they brought it on!

Damn am I grateful for them!

Thank you, Yo Mama!

only to run for President as a Dem candidate after having deliberately been an outsider who has not hesitated to lambaste Democrats for 30+ years or call for a primary of its current leader-in-chief, i.e., President Obama, and who THEN whines and complains when rules that have been in force for decades are not specifically waived for him, is a first-class hypocrite.

I - and others - have noticed that he has ONLY complained where he has lost, never where he has won. I - and others - have also noticed that some of his most rabid supporters have done everything in their power to discourage Hillary supporters from supporting her - not by persuasion or logic - but by name-calling, bullying, shouting-down or otherwise vilifying them, alert-stalking them in a protected forum, and then posting ad nauseam to repeat RW GOPer TPs that should not be allowed on a Democratic site.

I have NEVER seen such shameful and whining behavior in a Dem primary. Ever. This has ONLY happened with Bernie's candidacy - never before in my memory - which goes back to the 1950s. I wasn't paying attention much before then, LOL.

Is that what they were trying to do.. discourage us from voting for her? lol I thought they were making fools of themselves.
