Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumOther then for sport, there is no real reason to go ino GDP anymore
The Clinton campaign has drastically cut back on ad buys and is banking money for the GE. Arguing with die-hard Bernie supporters will accomplish nothing and attacks on Bernie may do little more then tick off and keep away Bernie supporters who would otherwise come around to supporting Hillary on their own time.
IMHO, we ought to follow the lead of the Clinton campaign and switch to GE mode ourselves even if DU doesn't for awhile yet.

Otherwise, they'd be reaching in here - ALL the time - shutting us down!
Which they did more frequently when they could kick us out with 5 hides! Which Skinner did stop.

Now you are advocating further self-censorship here in the Group and not even going 'out there.'
Interesting...

(28,270 posts)Your post makes perfect sense though.
The primary is over and Hillary won. We need to move into GE mode.
The problem is that GDP is still there...like the primary isn't over and Hillary didn't win.
The people that run this place made the decision to keep it up for whatever reasons I'm not privy to.
So I feel as long as its still up I have to go there and defend the democratic nominee.

Sometimes if I'm in gdp, though.. I will look for Hill's supporters' OPs and support them.
Oh, and there may be still a few odds and ends to wrap up about BS.

(90,829 posts)Sickest vilest thread I've ever seen is up right now in LBN, people falling all over themselves to accuse Bill Clinton of pedophilia and sex-slavery, with an absurdist riff on Hillary's pantsuits thrown in.
So where, exactly, is it safe to post besides one small Group?

(9,494 posts)But Hillary must kiss Bernie's ass after she wins.
It makes no sense feeding their delusions. There's nothing to debate about; it's over and they'll figure it out eventually. It's time for us to focus on the GE.
