8. The latest talking point is accusing any Hillary supporter of being a paid shill.

It's really irritating because it's an accusation that cannot be disproved. If you respond, they argue that the fact that you responded to the accusation shows you're paid. And you can't claim your accuser (who often has been a DU member for a much shorter time than you and posts a lot more than you) is paid because your post will be hidden.

Juries don't mind it when a Bernie supporter accuses a Hillary supporter of being a paid shill. See:

At this time it appears that we still have two candidates who are still in the race, and are still participating in elections in a number of states. Therefore it is still primary election season on DU.

At this point, the plan is for primary season to continue on DU until a candidate drops out or the voting is over -- whichever happens first.

No matter which candidate we support, we can all help ease the coming transition to general election season by choosing not to post uncivil comments against any Democratic candidates or the supporters. I see lots of people here who condemn attacks by the "other side" while continuing to justify attacks by people on their own side. This seems like a sure-fire way to ensure that both sides will continue with their awful behavior.
