According to this source, delegates for RI are as follows -

BS - 13 Soft Pledged
Hillary - 11 Soft Pledged and 9 Soft Unpledged

The 9 UNPLEDGED -

Rhode Island - 9 unpledged delegate votes

Clinton

1. Congressman David Cicilline
2. DNC Member Grace Diaz
3. Congressman Jim Langevin
4. DNC Member Edna Mattson
5. DNC Member Joseph McNamara
6. DNC Member Frank Montanaro
7. Governor Gina Raimondo
8. Senator Jack Reed
9. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse

So we have BS at 13 and Hillary at 20
