BS - 13 Soft Pledged
Hillary - 11 Soft Pledged and 9 Soft Unpledged

The 9 UNPLEDGED -

Rhode Island - 9 unpledged delegate votes

Clinton

2. DNC Member Grace Diaz
3. Congressman Jim Langevin
4. DNC Member Edna Mattson
5. DNC Member Joseph McNamara
