net delegates at the state level.

Right now Clinton has a net 1 delegate at the state level because only 7 PLEO delegates were divvied based on state level results.

In the districts it was:
CD1 tie
CD2 Sanders +1
CD3 Clinton +1
CD4 Clinton +1
CD5 Sanders +1

Net result -- 0

Clinton got the delegate advantage from the PLEO split.
