Maryland has a total of 118 delegates of which 95 will be decided tonite. Unless Hillary receives over 85% of the votes she won't get them all.
Remember, votes are allotted proportionately by district and state.
Maryland has 8 congressional districts with 6 to 10 delegates in a district for a total of 64. An additional 31 are determined at the state level.
All states for the Democratic nominee are proportionately using the same process.
