The primaries are getting to the end, delegates, gained and the convention is near.

To think these supers will switch to Sanders. They know nothing about Democrats or democratic politics.

Sanders supporters and his team are clueless and arrogant. I can't wait until Tuesday.

Only about 75 of the DNC group are local or state elected officials.

DNC members in most states are elected at their state conventions. Most often, they are in top leadership positions in the party at the state level.

Yes, all of them are elected via the party structure. Some of them are elected because of their elected govt office.

The point was that those trying to use aggressive means to force automatic delegates to vote for Sanders with threats of voting them out of office would fail for the most part. Those in party leadership positions don't run on a ballot in the primary or general election.

In our state, the DNC members are elected at a state central committee meeting by the chairs and vice chairs from each of the congressional districts prior to the National Convention.
