Should the DNC Invoice Sanders & Demand A Refund?

IIRC, Sanders made an agreement with the DNC for the privilege of running in the D primaries. Among the stipulations in that agreement was Sanders raising money for the down-ticket races. He has not done this.

I imagine there are other deal points that Sanders is ignoring or violating, like stealing Hillary's voter info.

Maybe the DNC should bill him for breeching the agreement.

He's just started sending a few bucks to three non-incumbent Democrats who are Sanders supporters and who, in at least two cases, are primarying non-incumbent LGBT Democrats.

I'd be a lot more comfortable if he'd retire from politics entirely, and perhaps set up a socialist think tank.

believes in keeping his word only if a situation provides him with every single advantage that he believes he deserves.

He has proven to be a real disappointment in just about every way so far, IMO.

I don't believe that the DNC should bill him or otherwise hassle him. I believe that most voters have come to their own conclusions and for the majority, those conclusions will not be in Bernie's favor.

But if he gets in trouble financially - his overspending, FEC issues, etc., I also don't believe that the DNC (or any Dem, for that matter) should help him out in any way because he hasn't kept his commitments, e.g., hasn't raised money for down-ticket races (except in a couple special cases, so technically he might wiggle out of that one) and has gone negative towards Hillary, among other things.

...is that it would rally the Sanders crowd to protest the DNC. I can see the media presenting it as another way in which the "establishment" is trying to keep BS from having any political power.

ETA: But I agree that he's dropped the ball, regarding not raising money for down-ticket candidates, etc. I don't think the DNC should go out of it's way to help him, when he hasn't returned the favor.

When the FEC determines Pope Stalking to not be an appropriate use of campaign funds and orders him to reimburse his campaign for doing it, how long will it take Bernie to send out the first fundraising e-mail? Please give your answer in microseconds.
