Mercy Rule for Primaries? Now that's a change the DNC actually needs!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercy_rule

A mercy rule—also known by the terms slaughter rule, knockout rule and skunk rule—brings an event to an early end when one team has a very large and presumably insurmountable lead over the other team. It is called the merciful rule because it spares the losing team the humiliation of suffering a more formal loss, and denies the winning team the satisfaction thereof, and prevents running up the score, a generally discouraged practice in which the opponent continues to score beyond the point when the game has become out of hand.

Hillary has many more votes, hundreds more delegates, many more super delegates, more union endorsements, more political endorsements, more newspaper endorsements, more money, is ahead in the polls, and is better organized.

Maybe Bernie doesn't care about humiliation, but he's leading the Blemmings over the cliff and into the sea.

have already given up and don't want to play anymore. The last two parts haven't happened yet.

If Sanders was smart he would concede so that he could have some say in Clinton's campaign. The longer he waits and the more harm he does the less he can say.

He's already announced his price for support of Hillary is Hillary's adoption of Bernie's entire platform and abandonment of her own. That stance is as unacceptable as he is.

Especially bad losers. The longer he behaves like an ass the more he is going to lose any support he might have.
