What do people make of the State Dept. email staffer refusing to appear before Congress?

He was apparently granted immunity, but still won't testify. Jesus Christ. Powell, Rice, Jeb Bush all did the same thing. I am SO sick and god damned tired of this NON-STORY right wing email-issue BULLSHIT.
