UPDATE MAY 14, 2014 2:01 PM PDT:

KPRC reports that the man accused of defecating in the Woodland Heights neighborhood was caught urinating in public on a building. Jessie Hernandez was questioned and after an officer recognized him from the surveillance video, he admitted to defecating on sidewalks. He has been ticketed for pubic urination and released without charges in the defecating complaints.
