Dumb Criminals: 23 Year Old Colorado Woman Arrested For "Nipple-Twisting" Cab Driver
BOULDER -- A Longmont woman accused of grabbing and twisting a cab driver's nipple in a drunken attack last week was charged Tuesday in Boulder County Court.
Pepper Varga, 23, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, misdemeanor third-degree assault, obstruction of a peace officer, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief. She is scheduled to return to court on April 19 for a preliminary hearing on the felony charge, according to court records.
Police arrested Varga on Wednesday after they were called to 225 E. Eighth Ave. on a report of a disturbance. Officers reported finding the cab driver near his car and Varga standing near a tree, where she took a swig of peppermint schnapps before approaching officers
