Jamie Sanders and Katelin Daugherty were on their way to the beach when deputies say Meyer pointed a gun at them twice.
He pulled it straight out and pointed it right at me, hes sitting in the drivers seat and pointed it right at me," said Sanders.

If I had a dollar for every time a gun nutter told me this would never happen, I could buy a new car.

But goddammit, how can one say that a suspect produced, brandished, and aimed a weapon without any intent to kill?
