Man attacks gas station clerk with hot dogs and corn dog stick

"Cavan McDaniel, 35, threw hot dogs and poked the female clerk with a corn dog stick at Petro gas station in Marion County, officials said. McDaniel’s bizarre outbreak allegedly began after the clerk refused to sell him beer. It’s unclear what the clerk’s reason was....

In Florida every sale of an alcoholic beverage must include providing a valid ID to prove age. It doesn't matter if the person is ancient looking, the clerk HAS to see an ID before selling booze. If that is not done, the store can lose their liquor license and the clerk can go to jail.
