Dumb Criminals: Texas DUI Suspect Falls Asleep During Mugshot
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -
A driver found sleeping in his pickup with the vehicle running and in reverse is facing a driving while intoxicated charge in Montgomery County.
On Thursday evening, a man reported seeing the driver, identified as Christopher Shirley, outside a Porter Walmart and tried unsuccessfully to wake the driver. Arriving deputies said the truck had backed into the rear of a car.
Medics responded, and told deputies Shirley had gotten out of the truck and was high.
