Biden Gives Heartfelt Hello to ‘Old Butt Buddy’ During Speech

During a speech in Iowa, Vice-President Joe Biden gave a shout-out to a dear old friend, or, as he put it, a "butt buddy."

"Neal Smith, an old butt buddy," Biden said. "Are you here, Neal? Neal, I miss you, man. I miss you."
