Melissa Harris-Perry Essay on the "Process President"
Ms. Harris-Perry just gave an absolutley brilliant essay on TV that is, without doubt, the most intelligent analysis of who the President is and how he thinks. Her basic premise is that the President is radically committed to engaging and solving issues using democratic processes. The brilliance of the essay is how she documented that his two election night speeches were mirror images of each other.
In the short term it will frustrate liberals but in the long term it will get more things on the liberal agenda passed.
