BTW, exactly WHAT is the proper way to address the First Lady? Would it be simply as "Mrs. Obama" or is there a designated greeting such as "Mr. President" for the prez? I would have said "Madam First Lady", but I know EXACTLY how the rightists would treat something like THAT!

she's too good of a person to ever do it ... but I am not a good enough person to not wish that I could see her press his fat face against the sidewalk such that he soils himself.
