Does the 2010/2016 WI US Sen. Race have more to do with Feingold's weakness or Johnson's strength?
If Feingold wanted to get back in the US Senate, He was better of running in 2012(Herb Kohl’s US Senate seat). He would have won the Democratic nomination because Baldwin and Kind would defer to Feingold. Feingold would have won in the November General Election due to Obama coattails.
Baldwin and/or Kind could run in 2016 against Johnson.
