If Rouda wants to run for the US House in Porter's district,

He should wait until 2024 when Porter runs for the US Senate seat vacated by Feinstein.

The Senate is a sick, stumbling beast on its last legs. It’s a vestigial structure at this point. It’s representation is a joke. It’s workings are toxic, it’s rules retaliatory. Rebuild it or let it die. Replace it with an expanded house of reps or something new,
