Could a Biden/Abrams-D ticket help the Democratic nominee for the 2020 GA US Senate Elections?

If Stacy Abrams is selected as Joe Biden's VP runningmate, Will it help the Democratic Nominee for the 2020 GA US Senate Regular Election(6 year term)- Jon Ossoff or Teresa Tomlinson. Will it help the Democratic Nominee for the 2020 GA US Senate Special Election(term expires in 2022) Raphael Warnock.

And she's not being picked. She has no experience for that job. She hasn't won a single statewide or federal race.
I do not get this obsession with picking her when there are multiple other, more experienced women of color who have actually won federal and statewide races, several times in fact.

But why tout a failed candidate with no national experience as VP? There are several very qualified women available.

I don't think so. The VP must be ready to step in and hit the bricks running and qualified on a second's notice.

There are others much more qualified. This is no time for OJT.

KAMALA HRRIS or Val Demmings if he feel he needs a black woman. I have said from the beginning, A Biden Harris ticket. I would love to see Harris take on Pious Pence. Or Amy Kloboucher. She has had a lot of experience running for president.
