Oooops, I posted this in the computer area first, should have been here...

I've had my ipad air almost a year, and now for some reason sound on videos I play doesn't work. There's no sound..... have tried to look on line for help but am not tech savvy at all, any help would be greatly appreciated. I took it to our mac guys, and all one guy did was turn it off and on, and it worked for awhile, now, it doesn't work again. Do I have to keep turning it off and on to get videos?? I tried resetting it also, and that worked for a while also, but now, it's back to not working.

Go to Setting->General
- Change from rotation lock to sound off.
- Wiggle the slider: sound will return
- Now you can set the slider back to rotation lock again
