Where do I look to shut off remote access to my computer?

Last edited Tue Oct 29, 2013, 07:08 PM - Edit history (1)

I just had a company remotely access my computer to fix a problem. Now, where do I go in my computer to make sure they can't re-access my system? Thanks.

I have Windows 7.
