Help logging on to Obamacare website

We set up our account months ago. I've been trying for a week to log on. It just keeps sending me back to the log in page. That is, when I can even get to the log in page.

I have: used 2 different computers, 2 different ISPs, both Firefox and Chrome, deleted cookies and cache, tried all hours of the day and night. I'm in Ohio, so I wouldn't put it past Gov. Kasich to make it difficult for us here.

I've talked to customer service several times, just say to keep trying.

This is important to us, I need to cancel our automatic premium deductions 30 days in advance from our current insurer. The Kaiser calculator said we will save $400/month. That's a lot of cash to us.

I got my first computer at work in 1988, I'm no expert, but I can usually figure it out. Any advice from the wise people here? Is there something else I should do?

TIA

1- reboot your cable or dsl modem, then....
2- reboot your router
3- Use a different DNS server, such as Google DNS or OpenDNS
4- test your connection at http://www.speedtest.net and http://www.pingtest.net
5- clear your DNS cache

Let us know if you need more help.

Still can't log on, after doing all of your suggestions. I guess I'll still keep trying, no other choice. Thanks again.

I've been having the same issues as you. The website's servers simply cannot keep up. Unfortunately, it's that simple.

I hear trying to use the site around 3am will give you good results.
